What We Actually Store
kcepro.com does not set traditional HTTP cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics. The only thing stored in your browser is a single localStorage entry used to remember your cookie banner preference.
Set when you click "Got it" on the cookie banner. Tells the site not to show the banner again on return visits. Stored in localStorage — not a cookie, never sent to a server, never expires automatically. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for kcepro.com.
What We Do Not Use
- Google Analytics / GA4 — not installed. No tracking script runs on any page of this site.
- Meta Pixel / Facebook Pixel — not installed. No advertising pixel of any kind is active.
- Vercel Web Analytics — not enabled on this project.
- Session recording tools (Hotjar, FullStory, etc.) — none active.
- Advertising or retargeting cookies — none. We do not participate in ad networks.
Form Submissions — How Data Moves
When you submit the contact form on kcepro.com, your information is sent server-side to GoHighLevel (GHL), our CRM platform. This is a direct API call from Vercel's edge — no GHL JavaScript widget is embedded on the page, so GHL does not set cookies in your browser through our site.
The data collected on submission:
- Name, email address, phone number
- Your message
- SMS consent preference (Yes / No)
- Marketing consent preference (Yes / No)
This data is stored in GoHighLevel's CRM under KCEPro's account. GoHighLevel's own privacy policy governs how they handle that data on their end.

Hosting Infrastructure
This site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel's infrastructure may log standard web server data (IP address, request path, user agent, timestamp) as part of normal operations. This logging is separate from our application and governed by Vercel's Privacy Policy.
Your Controls
- Clear banner preference: Browser settings → Site Data → Clear for kcepro.com
- Request data deletion: Email info@kcepro.com — we'll remove your record from GHL within 30 days
- Opt out of SMS or marketing: Reply STOP to any message, or email us directly
Changes to This Policy
If we add analytics, advertising pixels, or any new third-party service that sets cookies, this page will be updated before that service goes live — not after. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current state of tracking on the site.
